Yapi, the Smart Duck

Long-long time ago, there was a small duck named Yapi. He lived with his mother and two brothers in the river bank.
One day Yapi’s mother said to him, “Yapi, your birthday will came soon, what gift you want?”
“I really-really want a big umbrella, mom.” Said Yapi.
“What? a big umbrella??? Yapi’s mother and two brothers so startled hearing his request.” Duck is a creature who likes water but Yapi was afraid of it. It is so strange.
Yapi’s brothers mocked and laughed at him. “Yap… Yap… Yapi wanna an umbrella, Yap… Yap… Yapi is a strange duck.” They sang jokingly.
“Shut up!!” Their mother snapped. She was so angry.
“What did you sing? How if our neighbour hear it? You may not laugh your little brother. He has right to choose his gift!”
Yapi’s brothers were silent very instant.
But it was late because their neighbour, a naughty rooster had heard their talking and then he gave this information to each his neighbour. In a wink, all of animal who lived in the around of bank river knew that. They wished rain fall soon. They wanted to see how funny, if a duck bring an umbrella in under rain.
The next day, the Yapi’s birthday came. He got gift that he wanted. Like the other animals, Yapi wanted the rain fall soon. He wanted to use the umbrella. Not long afterward, the rain fell. Yapi brought his umbrella to front of his house. All of his neihgbour looked at him anxiously. But they only saw Yapi put of and stretched his umbrella on the ground.
Just a moment, his big umbrella had fulfilled with water and then Yapi jumped into it. He swam happily and called his brothers to swim together.
“Come on bro!!! Swim with me. I have made a swimming pool here!!” Yapi shouted.
Finally, all of animals knew why Yapi wanted a big umbrella. And since that, Yapi was famous as a smart duck.
